Cape Klutz

Standard

Prince Pasketti Day is tomorrow… for those of you who are old enough to remember that commercial. My nephew had a difficult time saying spaghetti, is came out pasketti…

I woke up much more comfortable than when I went to bed….looks up, says Thank you. Had an evaluation for PT and they said “Well your right leg has gotten worse”…. geez, do you think it could be due to the torn miniscus, uncle arthuritis and baker’s cyst caused from the tear???? Why am I thinking about Lindsey Wagner? I am just trying to keep the local hospital employees working! Envisioning making myself a cape “KLUTZ” with bandaids, ace bandages, neosporin, and the like! I think it should be purple with lots of bling… what do you think? Certainly NOT Florence Nightingale.

What a beautiful day here in Vermont. Of course it felt warm in the sun, but in the shade there was a breeze that made it delightful to sit outside and visit. The dogs loved it!

The dogs and I have retired early for the evening, I plan to do some reading and writing, give my back and legs a break. Maybe, just MAYBE I’ll gift myself with a hot bath.

Tomorrow I stop eating junk food and returning to eating better. I have been on a hiatus from nutrition for over a week! Well, not totally, at lunch I had the most delicious salads with pecans and cranberries… it was the bulls eye caramel twirls and kettle cooked popcorn that sent me over the edge… we won’t even mention Cold Stone Creamery!

My spirits are much higher than they were yesterday, and I’m hoping tomorrow I will feel well enough to do a couple things on my Honey Do It Yourself list.

So grateful for the break in humidity and love and prayers from my family and friends. Love to you all! xxx
